NAR and DOJ Reach 10-Year Settlement of MLS Anti-Trust Suit

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) announced on Tuesday that it had
reached a proposed settlement with the National Association of Realtors
(NAR) to end a long-simmering dispute over the use of multiple
listings on the Internet.
