Monday, October 1st, 2007

I am sincerely looking for a work at home job! So far they wanted $1 and all I got was an expensive headache! Then I started to receive sexually explicit e-mail. For those who may have sent those @!@%$##@$ e-mails, I am a straight woman! Please, please have mercy on a person who just wants to pay her college debt and take care of my family. Also would like to make a little money to purchase me a small tree. Is there ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN BE TRUTHFULL AND HONEST!!!! without taking anything more from me. Signed…. Burnt up, down and out!

Open Question: How to earn a few bucks each month easily, maybe on the 'net? Only has to be a few dollars, but pay each month

Monday, October 1st, 2007

Canadian organizations preferred. It can be on the internet. The place should pay out every month. I have a paypal account. My parents promised to pay me $ if I have a “job” of *any* sort, for “work experience”, but I don't have any time to spare and they don't get that. I would also prefer a fewthing that is easy to prove the income from. I have thought of filling out surveys and putting ads on a web site of a few sort, but could that be considered employment? I am also aware of chacha.com the search engine, but there's no way I'm doing that (being a “guide”).Thanks!

Open Question: I am about to enter into a debt consolidation program.?

Monday, October 1st, 2007

I have done my research, and have made sure they are a member of the Better Business Bureau. They also have the least complaints, and have resolved them. I also will have my interest rates almost cut in half, and all my debt payed off within four years. Which is such a load off, knowing right now all my payment is going towards is the interest. I do have one concern I wasn't sure of. My adviser told me that after I pay my debt off, that all signs of me being in the program, has to be taken off of my credit report within 30-90 days. according to the fair credit reporting act. I looked up the fair credit reporting act law, and it is so long and I couldn't find what I was looking for. If anyone knows that it is in fact true, and have went through a simuliar program I would appreciate your comments, and hearing about your experiences. Thankyou

Open Question: I live in Florida. I own the house that I live in. I also own a condo that I rent.?

Monday, October 1st, 2007

I currently pay 2 different mortage payments with 3rd Federal bank.

I would like to turn the 2 mortgages into one.

I want to turn my home equity variable loan into a LOW fixed rate.

How and where do I go about doing this?
Which companies offer the lowest rate?
How do I find these companies.

Serious replies only please.

Thanks - Curt
